Why are your websites so affordable compared to other designers ?

SDDS is a website design and marketing company that offers affordable custom website development and logo design from start up businesses to established corporate clients. We do not believe in charging for services and functions that you do not need.

Can I make changes to the website ?
If you want to make changes you will need a Content Managed Website (CMS) – We do offer this option and also provide a tutorial on how to use the admin section to effect these changes. We will gladly quote according to your requirements.
What happens if I want to change something on the website later on ?
In the first 30 days, you can request changes that don’t affect the structure of the website and they are free. Thereafter we will quote you based on the changes that you require.. If you have a CMS (Content managed site) you will be able to effect the changes yourself.
How do I choose the right hosting package ?

The website files themselves are relatively small, it is the email that takes up the most space. If you run out of space, we can upgrade your package at any time and you will only pay the difference.

Will my site be visible on Google ?
Yes it will, we submit your site to over 300 search engines when it is launched and offer some free marketing tips to promote your site. We also offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) packages and quote each one separately depending on your requirements.
Can I phone you with info for the site ?

Email and file sharing is a much better solution as it is easier to keep track of your website design and marketing requirements. We can certainly go through the finer details over the phone but prefer to back it up with an email request.

Can we meet to discuss a website ?

To save time and travelling costs we make use of online meetings and you can schedule an online appointment at your convenience; this also keeps the price down on your website design and development. Book a meeting online under the contact menu dropdown.

I am based far away, how can you do a website for me ?
We offer web design and marketing to clients around the globe and receive all correspondence via email and Dropbox. We may be a website design company in Durban but offer our services to clients far and wide.
Do you provide support ?

Yes we do, and it is limited to the Website and E mail. We are able to offer support via software called AnyDesk.

Why can't you give me a quote without me providing information
Every client has a different requirement for their websites, and we do not like to sell packages that either exceeds the client’s requirements or fall way short, there is no point in paying for something that you do not need. Every website is different, as different as our clients.
