As a website designer, we are often approached by design agencies to either assist with overflow work that they cannot handle, or technical work that they do not have the expertise for. Currently we do work for design and marketing agencies all over the globe, with clients in the UK, Seychelles, USA, the DRC and even one in Australia and of course several within South Africa.

Most of our business comes from graphic designers or virtual assistants, who do no website design at all however they do market this as one of their services offerings and then outsource the work in its entirety to us.

When we design websites on behalf of agencies, all of these websites are white labelled, in other words, there is no indication to the end user or client that the website was designed by SDDS Web Design, it all points back to the design agency so that they maintain their brand and reputation with their clients directly.

As is the case in any business relationship, there is a high level of trust between the agencies and ourselves and we never divulge or discuss agents’ clients, and with that we abide by a strict code of conduct as well whereby we are willing to sign full non disclosure agreements with our agencies. In some cases the agencies prefer that we communicate with their clients directly, rather than them playing “the middle man” and in these instances the agency plays open cards with the client and lets them know that they have outsourced the website design, but in these cases the agency quotes the client directly and we pride ourselves on the fact that when their clients approach us directly, which commonly happens, we do not quote the client, but rather refer them back to the agency to obtain quotes so that we do not “steal” business from the agencies.

Agencies also receive preferential treatment and pricing from us, which they are able to pass onto their clients should the so desire.

In a world where everyone seems to have a side hustle of some sort and where clients prefer to have a “one stop shop” it only makes sense to build relationships with agencies in this manner.

Would you like to become an agent ? Do you sell digital services that do not include website design and you would like to make a little bit of extra money on the side? Are you just a hungry, go getter type of salesperson who would like to resell our services?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, complete the form below and we will get in touch to see how we can complement each others businesses !
