BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
Common questions, answered clearly.
These answers cover the questions most likely to affect your next step. Existing clients who need technical help should use the dedicated support page.
What information do you need before preparing a website quotation?
We first need to understand how many pages you may require and whether the website needs specific functionality such as ecommerce, online booking, complex forms or integrations. The quotation is then prepared around the agreed scope.
Can I edit the website myself?
SDDS normally recommends WordPress when a client wants to edit the website. Video tutorials are provided for client training, with additional guidance where particular functionality requires it.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every new website includes 30 calendar days of post-launch support for basic content changes and functionality glitches not identified during launch. Ongoing maintenance and support options are also available.
Do I have to host my website with SDDS?
No. SDDS can launch the website on suitable existing hosting, or provide hosting when required. After full payment, the completed website may also be moved to another suitable provider.
Can we discuss the project in an online meeting?
Yes. You can book a free 30-minute Google Meet consultation to discuss your goals, required pages and functionality, and the next steps for a tailored quotation.
Why are website design prices not published?
Website build and design prices depend on the current project scope. A static website, a WordPress website and an ecommerce store involve different requirements, so SDDS prepares a quotation after discussing what the business actually needs.
