WEBSITE CONTENT WRITING · SOUTH AFRICA

Website content that makes your business clear.

You know your business. We help put it into words your customers can understand, with website copy, articles and campaign content shaped around your audience and tone of voice.

Start with your ideas, existing copy or a page that needs attention.

WHAT WE CAN HELP YOU WRITE

The right content for the job it needs to do.

Website pages

Explain who you are, what you offer and how customers can take the next step. We can help with homepage, about and service-page copy, whether you are building a new website or improving an existing one.

Blogs and articles

Turn your knowledge and the questions customers ask into useful reading. Topics and structure are planned around your audience, with research supporting the writing and your experience giving it substance.

Advertising and campaign copy

Keep the message clear across advertising material and social media campaigns. We adapt the wording to the purpose and channel, with the offer, audience and required action agreed in the brief.

Existing content, refined

Not every page needs to start again. We can work with your current copy to clarify the message, improve the structure and update information that no longer reflects your business.

WRITTEN FOR PEOPLE. INFORMED BY SEARCH.

Relevant keywords belong in useful content.

Keyword research helps us understand the language people use when looking for your services. That research informs the topics, headings and wording, while the page still needs to answer real questions clearly.

We combine it with your business knowledge and tone of voice. The aim is content that explains your offer naturally, with relevant detail and a clear next step.

Content is one part of SEO. Technical improvements and ongoing search marketing are separate requirements to discuss, and no piece of copy can guarantee a particular ranking.

WORKING WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE

A conversation first. A considered draft next.

Understand the business

We discuss what you offer, who you want to reach and the questions your customers need answered. Existing pages, notes and examples help establish the facts and the tone.

Agree the direction

We define the pages or pieces needed, their purpose and the information each should cover. Research and relevant keywords support that direction without replacing what makes your business specific.

Write and structure

The draft brings the information together with clear headings, useful detail and calls to action suited to the page or campaign. Each section should give the reader a reason to keep reading or take the next step.

Review and refine

You review the draft for accuracy and fit. We refine it through the agreed review process, with your approval before the content is treated as final. Deliverables and review arrangements are confirmed in the scope.

YOU DO NOT NEED A FINISHED DRAFT

Bring the knowledge. We will help with the words.

A few clear notes can be more useful than a polished paragraph that says very little. Start with what you know and where you need help.

Your offer: what you provide, who it is for and any important limits or conditions.

Your customers: the questions they ask, what they value and what they need to understand before choosing you.

Your material: existing copy, product or service information, approved examples and any wording you want to retain.

Before we put pen to paper.

Can you help if I only have rough notes?

Yes. You do not need to write the page before asking for help. We can use your notes and a discussion to identify the information needed. You remain the source for facts about your business and any specialist claims.

How is content writing priced?

The scope depends on the number and type of pieces, the research required, the starting material and the review work. We agree the deliverables and quote for that work before writing begins.

Is writing included in a website build?

Content writing can be scoped alongside a new website or redesign. It should be clear in the proposal what you will supply and what SDDS will write, rather than assuming every build includes all content.

Does this include publishing and marketing?

Writing, website implementation and ongoing marketing are different tasks. We agree whether your project needs copy alone, help placing it on the site, or additional design and marketing work. Social campaign writing does not automatically include account management or advertising spend.
